These data protection conditions (hereinafter ” Terms “) govern the processing of personal data by Ingamo LLC with registration code 14705299. (hereinafter ” Ingamo “), located at Kalasadama tn 4, 10415 Tallinn, Estonia, e-mail address info@ingamo.eu 

  1. Ingamo processes personal data in accordance with the current legislation governing the field of data protection in Estonia and the European Union.
  2. Ingamo may collect and process the following personal data concerning you: name, gender, birthday, social security code, phone number, e mail address and purchase history.
  3. Among other things, Ingamo processes and collects personal data for the following purposes: to fulfill the contract, to perform purchase analyses, to serve the customer loyalty program.
  4. Ingamo will not disclose your personal data to third parties.
  5. By making a purchase in the Ingamo online store ( www.ingamo.eu ) or by joining the customer loyalty program or otherwise agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you consent to the processing of your personal data by Ingamo.
  6. Ingamo keeps personal data secure and confidential. Only authorized Ingamo employees have access to the data and the right to change and process the data.
  7. Ingamo may authorize other legal entities to process personal data (authorized processor, e.g. software developers, marketing service providers, Ingamo group companies) provided that an agreement has been concluded with such processor, according to which the authorized processor is obliged to keep personal data confidential and ensure the protection of personal data in accordance with these Terms and the law to the stipulated requirements.
  8. In addition, Ingamo may disclose your personal data to third parties to the extent that it is necessary to fulfill the contract concluded with you (e.g. to the carrier) or to enforce Ingamo’s rights arising from the contract concluded with you (e.g. to the advisor in the event of a dispute).
  9. The personal data necessary for the execution of payments is processed and transferred to authorized processor PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. (“PayPal”) or Montonio Finance UAB. Ingamo never has access to your bank and credit card information.
  10. You have the right to receive information at any time and to consult the personal data collected and processed by Ingamo about you, to request data correction, collection limitation, deletion and transfer. You also have the right to withdraw the consent previously given to Ingamo for the processing of personal data.
  11. Ingamo can send you newsletters, including customer satisfaction surveys and offers by e-mail or SMS only if you have given your consent in advance when concluding a contract or at the moment of joining the customer loyalty program or at any other time in the self-service environment of the online store.
  12. Ingamo may unilaterally amend the terms and conditions of the privacy policy in accordance with the law. Any amendments will be communicated by Ingamo to the data subjects on Ingamo’s website or through another method.
  13. Ingamo uses cookies on its websites, including those from Google Analytics and Hotjar, by informing customers of this practice and requesting customers’ permission.
  14. In case of claims, you have the right to file a complaint with the Data Protection Inspectorate or the court if you find that your rights have been violated in the processing of your personal data. The contact details of the Data Protection Inspectorate can be found on the inspectorate ‘s website at www.aki.ee.
  15. Ingamo stores your personal data for up to five years from your last purchase.
  16. Ingamo has the right to unilaterally change these Terms and Conditions by announcing it on the website www.ingamo.eu .
